I'm still having problems starting my car. Once I try turning it over for a couple of seconds, I pull the key back to the starting position. Once I do that my gauges spike all the way up really quickly and come back down. Anyone ever experience this? When this happens, the gauge cluster had a power reset (no power, power applied). Happened to me once when the batt was bad, and once a month later. Search for the thread where I complain about having to "reboot my car" by unhooking and reattaching the battery before it would do anything.

I had the same problem a couple of weeks ago.
