I dropped my 'Maro off at the shop this morning and just received a call with ****ty news. The A/C compressor is shot to hell, I was hoping it was just the clutch that was causing the grinding/squealing noise, lame!
So I was thinking maybe I can just get a shorter belt? Bypass the A/C all together? It's going to be awhile until I can either replace it or just get a delete bracket (I don't use my A/C what-so-ever). I'm as broke as a goat.
I got a shorter belt, 61" (and with 61.5" works, but not tight enough)
I'm having a hard time getting it over the water pump, right now I have it feed from the alt down to the PS pump, down and around the crank, up and over the water pump.
I don't want to take off the alt, since it's just stationary and if I remove power my Bose radio will cut off.
Haven’t done anything on the Camaro, but put LEDs on my truck headlights . And my oil pressure sensor went out on the truck so going to fix that this...
