My air condtion may be going

Ever since we had a flood and I drove my car through the flood my air condtion will blow cold when I get in my car then it blows warm air then 5 minutes later its back cold Im wondering what could be the problem. Have anyone ever had a problem like this.

All these problems I am having with my car made me want to sell it today and go and get into debt and get a z28 or ss but then I thought about it this is my first car and I have put too much money and time into this car to start all over. I have about 1600$ to get anything I need fixed and add a few upgrades so thats what I am gonna do.

Does anyone have any suggestions on the air condition problems I am having

Put on some a/c pressure gauges and see what is actually going on. Maybe it is low on Freon.

...x2!!! When your AC is low on freon, the compressor will click on and off. Get a gauge or look at the compressor while you have the AC on max. With the switch in the max position the comp should stay on. GL.

I think thats what it is that its low on freon and how do I fill up my ac with freon

You need to buy a recharge kit. The best types have manifold gauges that read high and low side pressure. If not just buy a cheap kit from any auto parts store and follow the directions.

Great, just ask the auto parts store employees for help. They will get you the right parts for the job. It is really easy to do.

What is it with you ppl and buying entire kits? Just get the can with the hose on it...
