does the MAF screen make a big difference in MPG? I took mine out a long time ago and did notice anything. Today I'm getting 19mpg in the city and almost 22 on the HW. Those numbers stink. I replaced the wires and plugs but no dice.

Its all a matter of being tuned up well.
Last time I drove my car last year, i was getting about 30 mpg, with 70/30 Highway/City. This was just a Catback and CAI.
After I put in my headers, new plugs and wires, I think I should see nearly 32-33 doing 70/30.
Just do all the basics. Do a full tune up, new fuel filter, clean or change your air filter(s), make sure all your tires are inflated right, ect.
The biggest key to gas mileage is just basic maintenance.1997 Cayenne Red Metallic Camaro<br />3.8 V6 M5<br />SLP Cold Air Intake<br />Ceramic Coated Pacesetter Headers <br />Flowmaster American Thunder Catback<br />Full 3.42 & Disc Break Rear End Swap

Plug back in your IAT sensor if you did the resistor mod. With the mod, I lost about 3-4mpg in my 93. Also, check your O2 sensors. I jumped from about 20(mostly city) to 25 with the resistor in . Another thing is to check your transmission and differential oils. If they are bad your milage will go down.
Hope this helps. :DUAH FSAE<br />Chief Engineer<br /> <a href=\"http://chargermotorsports.com\" target=\"_blank\">http://chargermotorsports.com</a> <br /> <a href=\"http://members.cardomain.com/camaronat\" target=\"_blank\">http://members.cardomain.com/camaronat</a>

I get about 350 per tank 70/30 hwy/city but in Ct. It is all city no matter what road you are on it has gone down a little bit latley but not much I would deffinantly do a full tune up on the cars that are getting the crap MPG.Remember that sometimes, silence is the best answer.<br />Warren White<br />1996 PoloGreen Coup <a href=\"http://vampyr.settanni.net/\" target=\"_blank\">http://vampyr.settanni.net/</a> <br />\"Jealousy\"<br /> CTFBA member of the month Sept 03

I get about 28-29 traveling back and forth from Norfolk to my home town Spotsylvania/Fredericksburg. I think the worst I've ever gotten was like 17ish when I did a lot of city driving and stoplight racing 2002 Black Firebird:<br />A4, Y87, W68, T-tops<br />Best NA ET: 15.16 @ 90<br /> <a href=\"http://members.cardomain.com/darksde02\" target=\"_blank\">http://members.cardomain.com/darksde02</a>

I'm all stock and I've gotten up to 390 per tank on just regular - non trip driving. Last tune up was a month ago and I was 3K miles overdue on my oilchange. I was running 89 Octane and Seafoam throught it though aswell to achieve this.
On average I get about 340 miles per tank with normal fillups although it's starting to decrease and I don't know why... tires are inflated and everything and the car has been running a tad bit strange lately too.

DEFINATELY put your MAF back on if you're a 98 and below... It tells the computer how much air is being sent into the car and the computer in turn controls how much fuel is sent to the engine. If the computer can't get a reading of how much air it's getting, it's just ganna go balls to the walls and with your gas and swollow it all up just to make sure your car keeps running. You're probably running hella rich!1997 Camaro RS W/T-Tops<br />All Stock / 200 HP
