Starting a few months ago whenever I would start my car in the mornings or after an extended amount of time, it wouldn't start right up. It usually misfired or reved up or something weird, I'd then kill it and restart her till it leveled out. On warmer days or after driving recently it will USUALLY start up right. I figured it was time for a tune-up. I changed plugs, fuel filter, pvc valve and thats it. My Taylor wires are only a year old so I didn't do those. Still didn't help that much. I can't figure out what it is! Any ideas welcome  . -B

    holy crap, me too!

i had the problem where every once in a long while (after sitting or whatever) the car would start then immediately shut off.

well it just happened to me today. It was 1.9 degrees last night, so it was VERY cold. i tried to start the car, it started, and died. i tried to start again, and it just cranked.....

there was a rapid clicking coming from inside the car.

anyone? ive done fuel filter, PCV, plugs, etc. in the past 6K miles....

I'm thinkin it's something with the fuel pump or pressure. The rpms will drop then surge back up sometimes. Weird feeling when it does that. *shake shake-- WOOOm, shake shake-- WOOm*
