I'm sure that's how they do it, but it's not how GM does it.

Because they're trying to figure out when the oil is worn out, not when the filter is clogging. On a car the oil goes before the filter does. On the equipment you're talking about, it may be the other way round.

Because they're trying to figure out when the oil is worn out, not when the filter is clogging. On a car the oil goes before the filter does. On the equipment you're talking about, it may be the other way round.
