  • Will V6 gauges work with lt1?

I am trying to accomplish the complete sleeper effect with my camaro. Will the v6 gauges work or will they be off?

I belive the tach will be off, but I think there are some electronics available to make it adaptable.

Yes,everything will work except the tach.On my V6,the V8 cluster showed 25% slow so the reverse should be true for you.If your tach is showing 1,000 then you will actually be at 750 and when you are showing 4,000 you will actually be at 3,000 and so on.....

I found a 200mph gauge on grannelli motorsports web-site. Dunno if I spelled the name right. It was for LS1 though? Wonder if that would work?

perfect sleeper? c'mon man, seriously it's not worth it. Just rip the badging off your car and get a nice quiet exhaust (dynomax) and you're set. After all the V6/V8 Camaros look identical on the outside minus the badging. Just tint your windows so no one looks in
