ok, i live in aruba,,,, gas prices here is crazy,,,we have alot of cars running on propane (lot cheaper) can my camaro run on propane??? would it loose some horsepower???
next year a brazilian company will come with methanol for cars.. they say it is alot cheaper than gas. will it work in my camaro???? i red in my owners manual that you cant run 100% methanol,,,,just 10 to 15% (if im not wrong).
Do a google search... your camaro will be along the lines of most cars...
I do think though if you want to run ethanol you might have to change your fuel system to a different hoses and such that are not corroded by methonal.
yes, you can run 10-15% methanol in your car...but thats about it. i dont think the gas tank on these cars can hold propane at the needed pressures to run it in cars. propane cars have fuel systems that are just designed much differently. and dont even think of running ethanol on your stock car. it will corrode the fuel system like none other.
Haven’t done anything on the Camaro, but put LEDs on my truck headlights . And my oil pressure sensor went out on the truck so going to fix that this...
