I was just curious if anybody has moved the coilpacks/icm anywhere else? Going to continue with cleaning up my engine bay and was thinking about moving them back to the firewall if there is room.
Anybody try it yet? I know there's absolutely no reason to do it other than to satisfy my own desire to just not have them where they are.
Yes there have been people that have relocated them to the firewall. One guy in particular that I know of did it to make room for his custom m90 sc swap
I have mounted mine on the pass side fenderwell. I wish I had a decent cam to take pics, but thats out of the budget at the moment.
My reason for relocating them was to move them from the heat they were getting being right on top of the valve cover, and to clean up the engine bay a bit (I have also completely removed my A/C).
