  • possible reversing problem

When I begin to reverse at any speed other then very slowly I hear a scraping/cracking type of sound coming from the front end. It's almost like the sound you hear when you go to far past the parking concrete pillars and the air dam hits it. Very strange sound. Any ideas on what could be causing it. I look all around and nothing is touching or even coming close no matter if the wheels are turned or not. Its only recently been happening the last month or two. I just want to make sure nothing is seriously wrong. Any suggestions.Thanks.
