  • 3.8 charcoal canister?

I have pulled up all my carpet in my driver fender well on the inside and have no idea where the charcoal canister is. I have been getting a random p0441 code that throws every few days, which I am narrowing down to the canister. Any help or pictures would be great.

it emission thing, to keep the fuel fumes from leaking out into the atmosphere. it also has some servo's to let the intake suck them up & burn them off.

yes, this is the basic jist of it, not too techy

yeah, I think you have to get to it from the outside. Take the rear driver's side wheel off. basically the charcoal canister catches gas vapors emitted by the fuel system. i may be wrong though
              edit: i'm too slow!
