Did it the other day, took about 20 mins. Should have done it long ago. At first I thought it was just me thinking things, but it really did give a slightly better throttle response. Hadn't been changed since factory, 92,000 miles on one fuel filter. Needless to say, it was black as hell inside the old filter. Then half a can of Seafoam in the gas tank, the other half in the oil. Didn't really know how to do the whole vaccuum line thing (didn't feel comfortable) so I didn't bother with all that jazz. Good little tune up though! Highly recommended.

Re: Changing fuel filter...
Yea dont wat so long on doing simple tuneup parts man even if you have to take it somewhere to hav it done. Regular maintenance means longevity in your car. I change my fuel filter about once every year just to make aure I keep my fuel clean. I am now getting ready to buy a ZZP fuel filter which is supposed to be better than one you can get at a local parts stoer.01\'Y87 Firebird:Gt1 cam,Vig.3000 stall
