If someone came to my track I might let them take a run in it...
Shane? He has to be well under 150
I mean I am about twice that...
On another note, guy saw my autocrossing shirt me and him got to talking he had a new mini there and he let me sit in it, I actually fit in that thing with more room then a Vette or Camaro, no lie.
Take off your front sway bar it will help with weight transfer and a little weight reduction.
Also bumper supports :) lose em!! it still will look the same and not honda-ed out but it will be lighter and get better traction in a staight line. It just feels like a buick when turning but its a free mod!!!
Slammed, Cammed, Stalled, Rollin on ZR1\'s and the sickest exhaust you have ever seen on a camaro Z06 style whoo whoo.
I\'m the reaper dude, ask ur people dude. I move

Crap I forgot about the front sway...
Bumper supports... not happening... Say a friend hit the wall in his 98 ls1 last night going roughly 90-100mph....
I trap 93-95ish, his best trap is 105, not really that much faster, and he wasn't in a shift, he was jsut riding 3rd in his auto. He made use of the front bumper support
I'll keep mine in... I think no power steering or front sway is bad enough.

cheater's way out ;) its not a honda....

Cheater's way out? You took your belt off, everything infront of your maf, everything behind your cat, and you're saying weight reduction is cheating?

I noticed a little bit, barely anything but something, when I put a 1/16 inch size hole(very small) in that hose that is on your intake that is between the engine and the MAS. This I was told lets a little extra air in. Enough to make a difference in power but not to much to mess anything up. If you dont like it just throw some black tape around it. It made a tiny difference and it was free so give it a try. Make sure the hole is drilled and not punched otherwise it plugs itself. What is the situation with your air intake? Also like the other guy said dont turn on your car until you race. cars that are jsut under 160 degrees go into either closed loop or open loop system and the one guy that tested it fount a 8.5 rwhp from cold to hot. Also find someone with a Hypertech programmer. they can program your car for free if its a friend. This sounds like a crazy idea and a friend an it will try it on his Kia, but take a gas powered leaf blower and hook that baby up to your intake. ha ha. put your a/c hose around your intake to cool the air coming in. rip whatever smog off that you can get away with without messing with your computer. put your battery in the back too. more traction and less your rear wheels will have to lift before it takes off. Make a ram air by knocking out your high beams and putting two hoses from there into one and then into your intake. i dont know. these are just ideas but the hole in the hose really worked. a mechanic told me to do that. see how big of hole you can get away with too. more air more power.

Hello, so I changed the front bearings on the bird and the ABS inoperative light came on. I made a mistake of not removing negative battery cable. Now...
I usually have to double, triple my headlight switch for them to come up on my 97 Firebird. I cleaned all connections. Could it be the headlight switch...
