Mine sometimes dont want to go down in this cold weather but they go up fast. is that wierd?

I now know why my father always asks when he goes car shopping if he can get crank windows. (normaly the sales men laugh and say he needs to get vinyl seats to get that )

I am very disappointed in chevy.. this is my 2nd time in for my drivers side window and the window finally took a s#@*. it is going off track cutting into the black thing next to the mirror and also cutting into my convert top. Not kewl...and chevy is giving me a hard time about fixing my top. Any suggestions besides raising hell with them.

        Thanks ,
        Jack 2001camconvert

That is SOOO weird my dad's Chevy Astro has the EXACT same problem! We took it to the dealer and they couldn't replicate it and wouldn't replace the motor!! Agh.

or you could have my windows that at times just stop working, then you have to wait a few secs to roll it up more. And so on and so on... its so annoying because theres no method to when it happens, its just random.

It's just the GM motor's my dad's car is a 2001 with less then 9 graned on it and his went out. mine went out too. i replaced it for like $100 and my dad did the work after i tore the door apart and got the original one out. I hate putting them in but i left my door on.They are junk though. they just like to burn the motor's out of them. THEY SUCK big time. i guess if you like your FBody you just deal with it. but it get's expensive.
