I am very disappointed in chevy.. this is my 2nd time in for my drivers side window and the window finally took a s#@*. it is going off track cutting into the black thing next to the mirror and also cutting into my convert top. Not kewl...and chevy is giving me a hard time about fixing my top. Any suggestions besides raising hell with them.
That is SOOO weird my dad's Chevy Astro has the EXACT same problem! We took it to the dealer and they couldn't replicate it and wouldn't replace the motor!! Agh.

I have a 96 that I bought with 19k mi. on it about 8 months ago, the windows are so slow, youse guys are right, it is just gm, cuz my old camry, man , the windows were up and down before I could blink, and it had 150k mi. on it.

It's just the GM motor's my dad's car is a 2001 with less then 9 graned on it and his went out. mine went out too. i replaced it for like $100 and my dad did the work after i tore the door apart and got the original one out. I hate putting them in but i left my door on.They are junk though. they just like to burn the motor's out of them. THEY SUCK big time. i guess if you like your FBody you just deal with it. but it get's expensive.
