  • OK new bit of help plz

Okay. Last thread was possible noise with the A/C Compressor. Found out that its not. But, it is however coming from the New power steering pump. would the pump squeek or would it be the pulley?

I would check the pulley, if the power steering pump is full it shouldn't make any noise.

How old is your belt? An old, hard belt can make squeeking, squealing, knocking, or ticking noises.

Belt is new...it has to be the pulley. Will pull it off again and put it back on. Perhaps dont have it on all the way.
