Here we go again blaming the cat. Cats very seldom get clogged with todays newer fuel injected cars as they are much cleaner burning. Plus you said it does not do it AT ALL when you use premium, if the cat was clogged it would still do it from time to time. It sounds like it could be the cat, but id sure be looking else were before i condemed the cat.
