over heating is an on going process
i changed my therm and water pump maybe 1500 miles ago
flushed the radiator and bled the air
heats up to around 260 then drops to 230
back and forth dont know whats going on HELP!!!
Does your car still have the plastic deflector under the front bumper? I know from personal experience that if it get knocked off or removed the car will overheat exactly like you're describing. FYI 260 is when the fans kick on and 230 is when they go off
Hi,don't get all flustered guy if you are not a mechanic don't take it on see a mechanic,Firstly is the car loosing coolant? Secondly are the fan or fans coming on? Do the Fans spinning at the speed they usually spin at? Is your Coolant Temperature Sensor working correctly or do you have an aftermarket Water Temp by Automoeter that you can check to see if both are working together or close to one another? You have to do more checks that is how you analyse problems.
