how many O2 sensors?

Thinking about replacing the O2 sensors in my 94
3.4. How many are there? Where are they located?
I haven't looked for them yet but don't want to miss any. Thanks. :D

i didnt know there was three. i looked everywhere when i had to change them and all i could find was the 2 on the headers
