Okay I bought my tr6 spark plugs a while back for my nitrous kit and I am tired or looking at them I wanna install them tomorrow on my 98 camaro. Im just wondering how hard is it and what tools would I need to put these in. I have all day tomorrow so how ever long it takes will not be a problem. I think these spark plugs comes pregapped already so I could just stick them in.
Is it mandatory that I change my spark plugs that I have now If I run nitrous on my car or do I need to just install the tr6 spark plugs and be done with it
You already bought the plugs...so, put them in...? Why let them sit. Spark plugs aren't that bad...? A litte pita but thats all. 3/8 Drive and deepwell sockets....ding...done! Woo.
Im gonna try doing them in the morning they have been sitting too long and I still havent used the nitrous everything is hooked up I just need to get these dam spark plugs in but people saying its hard to do kinda makes me shy away. People have also said putting on fbody door panels are hard but to me its not at all its actually easy
have fun, you will be saying swear words you have never said before, lol. 95-99 cars suck to do. Drivers side isn't to bad, passenger side is where it sucks.
TR6 plugs are what you need for nitrous, put them in and use that nitrous :)
I got a set of pacesetter headers I just pulled off my motor. They were only ran one day. Let me know if you want them. $150. Just sitting here in the shop. I liked them, but swapping motors.
you still have to make sure that the plugs are gaps right. just to be sure, talkes me about an hour and a half for set up and clean up included to do my plugs. make sure you have some reg wrenches also. it will come in handy
