The last couple weeks I've been having problems starting my car. The first time it happened it was clicking when I turned the key. I kept trying over and over then let it sit for a minute. I turned the key forward one click so the radio and everything came on, then started it successfully. It was okay for several days after that, but it would sometimes start up kinda weird like the RPM's would jump up or down and the voltage gauge would dip pretty low but come back up. The other day as I was leaving work it wouldn't start at all, and I had to jump it. Since then, it's been fine again, but still acts strange when I start it sometimes. It also started losing power to the stereo at idle, but when I start driving it's fine. And today the ABS INOP light came on as well as the BRAKE light, even though the ebrake was not on. Just weird stuff. My dad checked the battery and alternator (which are only a little over a year old) and the voltages and everything were in check. The battery connections are good and tight and free of corrosion. What could be the problem here?

If its clicking it does not have enough power.. I know you said you checked it, but i agree it sould like a weak battery, or your alternator may not be charging properly. Was your alternator new, or rebuilt one?

It was a new alternator. My dad insists it isn't the battery. I'm probably gonna have to take it to the dealer.

check the wires running from the battery, they might be rubbing on sumthing. also if you got one of those maintainance batteries check the water level. if you're losing radio power at idle its the battery or one of the connections. also, that brake light isnt just for the ebrake. its for other things too like low brake fluid and stuff like that.

Thats the clasic symptoms of a loose/dirty positive battery terminal. If the cable isnt loose then i bet there is a lot of green and white corrosion on the terminal. Thoes resesed bolt in terminals are crap. They always leak.
