I've got an 01 firebird - heat cracked the forward dash. Didn't want to spend 150 to get the new piece - so figured I could get some vinyl material and glue it onto the plastic - was working fine till I put it in the car and the heat f-ed up the glue and the whole thing started coming up. So I stripped the entire thing then tried regluin it with another glue - but that doesn't seen to be working - so I think it might be a combo of the glue and fabric - anyway - does anyone have any suggestions of what they have done, or have a dash piece that they are selling?
