Every time I open my driver side door it squeeks very very loudly I keep pouring on wd-40 on it but after a day or two it starts up again. I blieve its the spring that is above the bottom hinge that is the cause for the noise but not quite sure. Any sugestions as to what I can do to soften or eliminate the noise.

WD 40 doesn't work? Worked for me and has been fine for the last three months or so. Maybe you need some sort of oil on the hinges? I had the same thing and oil worked. You could replace the hinges or spring. My Car http://members.cardomain.com/tucsoncamaro
3 inch flowmaster catback system, with ceramic coated pacesetter headers,3 inch cat,K&N FIPK

Try spraying it down with WD-40, let it soak for a little, move the door open and closed a little, wipe it clean and then cover the area around the bushings with grease. Also if you can grab the door and move it up and down and the car doesnt move as much as the door then the bushings are worn and you'll need to rebuild/replace the hinges.98 bird
160,000 miles
13\'s?
