wasnt dead sure were to post this well theres very few things that bother me about my camaro one is the LT1 still hood i think its alot better looking than the LS1 style but the little slits that are ment to look like ram air slots being non functional bugs me has anybody tryed making these functional would it even be worth it?
i have seen people use these as fresh intake ports for supercharged applications mostly. it is no gain from this since ram air effect really does nothing until around 120 ish. there are people doing this but it is not cost effective.
2nd, this is for purely race applications. I know a couple people who experimented with it and said that the gain in the 1/4th mile was barely .1, and that was due mainly to the less weight. It creates more drag since you don't have a smooth flowing hood. There is a reason they make cowl hoods you know ;)
Car expresses who you are. If you have a ****ty car, you must be a ****ty person;)<br /><br /><a href=\"http://www.cardomain.com/ride/995979\" target=\"_blank\">http://www.cardomain.com/ride/995979</a>

Not much going on, replaced my Kenwood double din stereo with a Pioneer double din, the Kenwood had problems. Then replaced my power inverter for my reverse...
