That tube is there to allow filtered air into the engine. Crankcase air goes out through the PCV valve. You shouldn't be getting oil going out through that tube into the intake. Is the oil level or pressure too high?
oil presure is always good never over 80 or even to 80, oil level is always good to..so if the air is filterd, then that means there is a filter in the valve cover right?

The air entering that tube has already been filtered by the regular air filter or CAI you're using.
I think you should replace your PCV valve, that's where crankcase air is supposed to go out. If it's coming out the intake then it must be because the PCV is blocked. The PCV is in the other valve cover. Pull it out and shake it, if it rattles it is good, although they're so cheap you might want to replace it regardless. You can also try blowing through it from the wide end (after wiping it off first) cause the blockage could be in the rubber hose also.
the PCV valve is new, i just cant seem to figure out why the oil is getting into that vent tube, i had a 3.1 beretta that did the same thing.
