turn signal doesn't work

  • turn signal doesn't work

    when i put on the right hand side turn signal, the green arrow indicator and the lenses don't flash, just stay lit
    how do i fix this? new bulbs?

      This is probably the case, but on my bird it just got wet, so it pulled it out dried it off and put it back in.

          If it stays lit, just go outside and see if the bulb is coming on. If it is on, then you don't need a new bulb, you need a new blinker. They are little silver circular things under your dash (thats where they are for my 95). Just turn your blinker on the side that does work and follow the clicking noise. It's just a little relay, costs like 3 bucks.

            When i first bought my car my left blinker did this randomly (sometimes it would work, sometimes it wouldn't). It wasn't a bulb problem though, the wires to the tail light weren't connecting correctly so i just tried to push them in more and i haven't had a problem since then (about 4 months).

              Mr friends at work would have you go to the dealership and get your turn signal fluid changed
