so your one bad experience makes them terrible? youre in a very small percentage of people (like..the first ive ever heard of) that has had a problem with them.

DHP use to make the software for ZZP. DHP was not at fault here. ZZP said you dont have it yet talk to DHP. So i did they said they had no software for it, not sure why ZZP sold sofeware that DHP didnt have. DHP does not deal with ZZP anymore for reasons like this. All ZZP did is rip on DHP for beening slow why they droped them, real truth is DHP droped them. ZZP has a web site that you think there nice professional place dont let it fool you.

their shop is 10 minutes from me, they are professional, I have been there and seen everything.
What model/year car did you try and get software for?
I remember awhile ago DHP had a hard time actually coming up with hardware to sell and things were on backorder through them and vendors for a long time until they got caught back up. Sounds like this is the time period you got stuck in. It is not zzp's fault that DHP couldn't keep up with demand and such, they are giving information on what is offered and that is what they sell. If DHP gave them false information that they thought were true then it is not zzp's fault.
But yea I hear few complaints about zzp, most complaints come from people that buy from intense-racing, but even those complaints have quite and seem to be going really good for them as well.
