    the "my car didnt come with one" is only workable if the person bought their car used and had no programming done while they owned the car.

    For instance -- Equis, who i know personally, has no speed limiter, however, he has never done programming to the car (hasnt had it long enough). We both theorize that the previous owner had a Hypertech or something of the sort and had the limiter removed...

      I dunno but I can hit 114. That was with old crappy tires, since then I've bought NITTO NT450's. I haven't tried to go that fast again though after 3 tickets I gotta settle one at court and the other down in Florida... it's in the computer anyway need to get someone to reprogram it for ya.
