  • Re-Aiming Things

Hey, what is the best way to re-aim headlights and washer fluid spray nozels? One headlight aims high, and I always get flashed for it, and one nozel shoots the fluid over my car.

Usually the procedure is to be 20' away from a wall, on a level surface, and align the lights to a pattern on the wall. The pattern is set to the headlight height and width on the car. Dim is usually a little below and just a tad right of center, brights are usually a bit above center and right-on from side to side.

You can turn the higher one down to match the lower one, without having any marks on the wall.

I believe it's a torx screw behind the headlight.
