    If i do the a/c delete and put the pulley there will that be the idler now ?

    change the pullie above the a/c comp. to a riped pullie and measure the length get a new belt and yoru set

      What engine do you have?

      I deleted the A/C on the 3.8 and all I had to do was get a shorter belt. The routing was the same, it still hits the idler pulley with the smooth side of the belt, so there was no need to change it.

        ahh yes my bad. forgot i did the electic water pump at the same time.

              I found this a/c delete pully on summit will this work on the 3.8 for the fbody. the part number is RNB-34196 is it the same as the one on zzp?
