wheres it located at? my dvd player randomly turns on and off, and when it does it there is a clicking sound heard from the passanger side of th car, and wondering if there is something over there that has something to do with giving the player power?

youll prolly get more help in the audio forum, so if a mod can, send it over...
But i'll help ya as best i can. The amp is on the passenger sub, by the spare tire. Take off the rear panel to see the spare, take the spare out and the amp is the black box right there.
As far as power, im not sure why you would hear the clicking from teh amp (other than it is probably turning on and off), but pull the headunit out and check the cables going to it. I believe the power cable is red. Also check teh ground, which is black. -

ive checked the wires, and i agree with it weird to hear a clicking, but its distinct, and definatly coming from somewehre up front on the passangerside. its clicks when it turns on and off.Comment
