i had a fuel injector clog up and stick open a few weeks back. it ended up fixing its self with lots of flooring. before the injector problem i was getting about 27 miles to the gallon on the highway. After the problem i was getting about 15. I ran a can of SEAFOAM in my gas tank. Now after the seafoam is gone i drove my car last saturday about 200 miles and checked my milage, i figured 37, is that even possable, i did it twice, and no its not a mistake. Did i happen to get a good tank of gas or what. I was driving with the a/c off, all highway, no stops. let me know what yall think, i hope it stays this way..haahah

2 Years ago, I took a trip from Knoxville, TN to Chicago,IL. I filled up with Shell 93 before I left and didnt have to refuel until 45 miles outside Chicago. I read 500 miles on a tank and still had almost a gallon left. I figured it to be about 35.5 MPG. Cruising 75 w/o A/C T-tops on.

wow, i did this using shell gas also, just not using 93, unless they put it into the wrong tank. Think im going to have to do more testing with this shell gas. i usually run chevron.

I saw the other day that there are only a few gas companies that their gas qualifies as Top Teir gasoline and Shell was one of them
