  • A/C Probem, Nothing comming from the vents

I just did a heater core swap, and 3 days later my A/C goes from fully functional to just blowing on the floor boards. I have no air coming out of my vents on the dash.

Any advice, help, or suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    John B.

Check the pluming to the vents. I use to have a couple vents that were clogged with foam.

Better yet, if it's blowing out of the defrost vents and nothing else, check your 3way check valve for your vacume lines. It breaks very easy. I don't know what causes it to break but mine breaks at least once a month. The only place I've found replacement is NAPA. It's located next to your passanger side hydralic arm for the hood. If you still cant find it follow your vacume line from the tb all the way to the tb. Good luck!

            Thanks Throwedsmurf and camarov6.com !!!

You saved me a lot of trouble....
3 way check valve was my problem, when no air would come out of the vents.

Same problem here, the tubeing right below the check valve broke in two. i cut it and stuck a nail into it. everything seems to be working now.
