  • front windshield problem

While driving in the morning I can't see in windshield during certain times. The window defroster is on I even turn on the windshield wipers but the window just gets foggy or blurry and I can't see a thing then it clears up with or without the defroster or windshield wipers on. What could be the problem with this windshield.

i live in houston too, but mine sits in garage so i dont have that problem. When you put it on defrost, the compresser is comming on right, its blowing cold air correct, also you have to put the heater on just a bit. Its like it you have your air conditioner on and a vent blowing on the window, it will cause the window get then get wet also. Try putting the heater on with the defroster. that should help

you may also want to try just the air conditioner with a little bit of heat. make sure its on max and not sucking in hot humid outside air.

Ima try that but I personally think the problem is when I drive on the street and drive pass one of those tall light poles that shines directly down on your windshield I can't see a nothing but fog on my windshield then whenI drive pass it everything clears up. I would like to also add that whrn my dad takes me to work sometimes his windshield dosen't look like that I thought mabye it was a camaro problem because of hte way the windshield is slanted

the shape slant is also a reason why you can see the fog build up more easly on the windshild. You might also wanna try drying the windsheld real good with paper towels before you start off. When you park it, park it in a direction where the sun will hit the windshild right away, this means you may have to back into your drive way. Its a problem with all cars in this area.

Welcome to the joys of having half the engine under the windshield. Mine does that alot in the spring. Really annoying.

throw some water on your windsheild before you drive off in the morning. If you put water on your windsheild before you drive you won't have the problem anymore.....promise!!

clean the inside of your windshield i know it sounds stupid but when you armor all or treat your dash and the product dries up under the sun the residue gets on the inside of the glass.

Thusfar giving you that glare effect, i know EXACTLY what your talking about and cleaning the inside of my windshield has solved this for me.

                        Im in Htown also...
