ok i dont know whats going on my a/c is fine but the air only blows out of the vents next to your feet i can hear it but it doesnt blow out of the top vents Y

check the vacuum lines heading into teh fire wall on the evap core housing (black box on pas side well with AC lines going into it)1996 Silver camaro Z28.
