    Has anyone tried it? I would think the added voltage on the backside of the coil would help it jump the gap, but I don't know if this would be beneficial. This is not the same as an MSD type unit.

    You would probably get a decent gain, if you combine that thing with msd coils and wires and whatever plugs you use. You won't see a big gain by using it by itself. [img]graemlins/burnout.gif[/img]
