  • Coolant smell

Everytime I go more than 20 miles there's a collant smell. I popped the hood and can't seem to locate it.

I checked the hoses the reservoir and the radiator, thermostat and everything seems to be find. anything else I should check?

Does anybody here have the same problem?

clean under the hood, then go for a ride. you might be leaking down your manifolds and smelling it. you should see saints if it's burning up.

Betcha its that stupid little plastic elbow that runs from the block to the tensioner support, its just above the timming cover and really hard to see.

+1 on the plastic elbows. One that is visible right at the heater core hoses and one under the intake manifold. i would also check at the weep hole at teh bottom of the water pump.
