torch it.. wait for it to cool down a bit, and spray some pb blaster/wd40 on it.. or you could just keep torching it/working it out.. thats what i had to do for the bolt on the battery hold down

Re: the little silver EGR hose going to the drivers side header
Get a can of something better than wd40. I've had great luck with knock'r loose. Then you can use a piece of pipe to get some more leverage on it, but if it still doesn't want to move, don't go all out and break the bolt. Take a torch to it and try again.
I'll just add in: I've been working on a 92 dodge stealth R/T TT (160K on the engine and rusted to hell) and I had a socket wrench with a big pipe (4ft long) and some cheap lubricant, and broke two bolts right off. Went to napa and picked up some knock'rloose, and the for rest of the bolts I didn't even need the bar. The socket wrench was plenty enough.Last edited by TheGr8Schlotzky; 11-14-2007, 02:42 AM.

Is this on the stock manifolds or aftermarket headers? Mine came out without a problem, use some pb-blaster (let it soak), test fit a couple of metric sockets to see which one fits the best, and tighten slightly, and then try loosening the bolt.
