It's towards the front end of your throttle body. Mass Air Flow sensor. Reads the amount of incoming air, and assists the computer in adjusting fuel trims, etc.
It's a black rectangle thing with a plug on the passenger side of it. remove the plug, and remove the 2 safety torx screws. It should just pull right out.

Can I do this with my CAI on? Or do I have to take that off?

I have that Casper Throttle Enhancer.
When I put it on, I may have felt a SMALL difference, if any.
It was cheap, so it was my first mod. Nothing really special, there are other things you can put that $90 toward for better performance.

You can leave your CAI on. it just pulls right out of the top of the throttle body.

              Agreed...but I'm keeping mine. :D

If you haven't done it in a while, get a bottle of any fuel system cleaner in the 7 to 10 dollar range. Use nothing cheaper. I use the Valvoline myself. Run it through your system until you get to 1/4 tank, then repeat process. I use a bottle every time I change my oil. People don't think about their injectors often, but this really helps.
