When I first bought my car it took two flips of the switch to make the headlights pop up. The lights came on but they just didn't pop up. So I had the switch replaced, still didn't work. Finally the problem went away out of nowhere (a couple months after the switch was replaced), stayed away for a year and a half. Now it's back and it's annoying. It works the 2nd time every time, but I'm worried some time it won't. Anyone know what the problem could be?

no no no, it's the headlight motors. Probably going to stop working completely or the gears will be stripped and you'll hear the dreaded grinding noise. New motors are very expensive, so you might want to check out this pageif they make the grinding noise. You always have the ability to raise and lower them manually though too.1995 Firebird 3.4L
My Site
