My car cranks but does not start. I checked all fuses and relays. The ignition control doesn't get 12v from the wiring harness... it ususally gets less than 1 even when cranking. Anyone know whats wrong? I'm assuming there is a wiring problem can somebody please help me rewire the ignition? The relay has an always hot red and then 2 pinks which are hot when the key is in "on", and a thin black wire. All three thick wires have 12 volts when the key is in "on" but the icu harness does not get 12 volts.

it was the stupid egr ctrl fuse
the wiring diagram doesn't even show that fuse in the circuit thanks wiring diagramComment
