Re: starting issue
The starter grounds to the block and the block should have grounds going to the battery negative terminal, body and the chassis/frame.
I would first check the small wire going to the starter to see if it gets hot when you turn the key to start. If it doens't get power then go to the clutch switch.
Check the switch on the clutch petal for voltage going in and out while the clutch is in and the key is in start.
Can you hear the fuel pump run when you turn the key to run before you go to start when this happons? The BCM kills both the fuel pump and the starter if it doesn't see the right ohm vaule in the key. If this is tha case try another set of keys.
