  • Looking for rear view mirror with temp and direction

Does anybody know where I can find out of these and how much they would run? I would love to have the gas mileage displayed as well but not sure if that's possible. My mom's minivan she had along with her current Jimmy had this option. Why can't a camaro? I still need it to have the lights in it as well. If it's not too expensive I would like one.

I found one at JCWhitney http://www.jcwhitney.com/product.jht...=53735&BQ=jcw2

It's also auto dimming which I really don't require and it goes for $250, a lot more than I was wanting to spend. I don't think it has the lights in it though which I really need.

The direction/temperature gauge is easy. You just have to buy a new mirror. Lots of places sell them, and since the courtesy lights are already in there, there's +12 volts. You may have to wire it hot all the time, but that's simple too.

The fuel mileage thing is another ball of wax. Those features are built into the computer itself, where it can gather miles travled and fuel burnt and other fuel efficiency numbers. It's not likely that you'll find a mirror to do that!
