i have a 3.4 camaro and i did put some things to make it a bit faster , first i put msd coils then added a moroso airintake than a 80 series flowmaster and last i removed the catalyc converter (catalyst), and with all that i did only 17.77 at the track by the way its an automatic but even so its still to slow..
was the catalyst removel wrong?? my gas millage is real poor, please help

your options are help and please? i'm not sure what you're asking about "did the catalyst removal wrong" but i think you are asking if that was the wrong thing to do. some people gut their cats and others just put test pipes in them... i don't know if you could count it as a "right" or "wrong" mod.
also, it's impossible for us to determine what you could do to be faster without you posting your entire timeslip. 17.7 is bad, even for a 3.4 with an automatic. post the rest of the slip and maybe we can help.
Don't feel bad. The fastest time I ran with my 3.4L was a 17.369.
It has 140k on it and is sick too. Honestly, it shouldnt have been at the track..lol.

no you can't cause they don't offer it anymore, you have to call them and they can do the heads and intake if you send them your own stuff and it expensive.
listen my car takes off half a body on a 3.8 but in the mid range i feel that it does not torque any more but when it reaches top end i feel a bit of torque again (strange) . i go faster then 115 miles too about 125 on high way. but still 17.77 is real bad ,
where do you live, different places you'll get different times.. Like here in IL i ran a 16.49
in texas i might run 15's...in colorado i might run 18's.. it all depends..
