Mod Dreams of a young lad. Dough to blow! Give me ideas!

I'm going to get a '97 Black Camaro and I know I can get a good one for 7k, and I've got about 10k, so I figure that leaves me 3k to blow on mods, upgrades, and repairs. Don't tell me to save it! This is a theoretical topic where I'm considering all I could buy with the money.

I've listed some items here in order of preference with some approximate prices. I can probably get some of this for cheaper with a little shopping, but I'm just approximating.

NOTE:
DO NOT RECOMMEND A BLOWER OR TURBO....

ALSO:
While I am thinking about tires and rims and things... please don't list those either because I've already got those in mind but they are very expensive and offer little enjoyment on my part.

Lowest Legal Tint of Window Armor: about 500 bucks, maybe less.. I dunno. I'm friends with the CEO (check it out, it's very cool http://windowarmorusa.com/)

Transgo Shift Kit:
about 140 bucks

Zaino Ultimate Kit:
about 126 dollars

SLP Loudmouth Exhaust (maybe):
about 380 bucks

200 sq. ft. of Fatmat (to quiet road noise and possible loudmouth noise...and to make my computer quiet!):
260 dollars

I might want to put orange under-dash cold cathodes, some lettering fill-ins in back, and maybe some decals: lets just say 100 bucks.

don't pay 7000 for a '97. pay 5000, and even with the stereo you have outlined you'll be looking at having a full bolt-on car.

Heads, Intake, Cam....

$3,000 won't get you far when you seriously mod your car. My rebuild/turbo project is at around 9k so far and keeps getting larger, and thats not counting the money I've spent on my current mods.
