people always do the TB coolant bypasses, why not goto a computer store and get one of those water cooling kits for CPU's and what not, but use it to cool down the throttle body. I just figured this has never been done, prolly wont give any gains but its a cool idea, lol.

well actually not hilarious, has been thought of however using nitrogen or nitrous to get the same cooling effect, there is actually a kit out that mounts in between your fuel lines right before the hit the injectors to supercool the fuel, there were also other attachments not to directly cool the TB yet it was a lightbulb looking attachment that the nitorgen or nitrous was sprayed into to supercool the air passing through your tb...same basic principal as what yor trying to accomplish...I fail to see the humor Mr. Raines...know your sh*t before you speak....

i see what you are saying , however icing the intake manifold will do the same thing, cost less and be much more effictive
the intake air will only be in contact with the TB for a short time,
its the same idea of why the TB bypass helps , but its not noticeable-Aaron, AKA ATL2001
93 3.4L
www.ilfba.com

it'd be nice for someone to dyno one of these systems installed just to see the difference.

I don't know about the fuel bar or throttle body bulb, but the intercooler spray would be cool enough to cool things at least a little(That stuff is pretty cold).
That is unless you sabotage yourself like with the Cheetah. ;)
