  • Foglights ..*NEED HELP*

    Hey Guys, I did a search but couldnt find anything on how to replace the bulbs in foglight, I have a 97 Camaro..I bought some 885 Bulbs and Id like to know the easiest way to get them installed...Can anyone help me???

    There's little black pins in the side of each foglight. Pull them out very carefully with a small flat head screwdriver. You might need some pliers too.

    It's a pain in the a**.

    If you break the pins, they are like 74 cents from the dealer. Let me know if you mess it up and I'll get you the part number for the pins.

      This will tell you everything you need to know. Use the first method. Go front the front. Be careful not to drop the pins, they might fall back into the nose.

        do you need those pins to put new fog lights in?? when I bought my car it didn't have any...btw I really like your car Landon...what kind of exaust/tips are those??

          i use a knife and a needle nose pliers. i slide them out by slippin the knife between the head of the pin and then i grap it with the needle nose pliers.

          To put them back in, i use the needle nose plyers on one side and i dont put the middle part back in.

            hey, the tips on my car just some I found at the muffler shop..HAHA. I saw a couple of cars on the internet with them. So i decided to go with them..Appreciate the help guys!!

              When I changed mine, I took three black plastic pins out under the front bumper and bent that plastic piece back. Use something to hold it bent out enough to get your hand up to the light.
              From that point, I was able to change the bulb just feeling for it( you can't see much). You might still have to drop the light housing, I did. Regardless, this method is still a real pain, but at least its another option.
