This is an lt1 querstion. Me and my friend have been installing his headers the past couple of days. We ran into a problem with the 02 sensors that they wouldn't reach into the new headers. While we were trying to get the sensors in we accidentally pulled out a wire, it doesn't go with the 02 sensor it's just kinda couple near it and it accidentally got pulled out. My question is when he started it up tonight the oil pressure gauge automatically like shot up to like above 80. I was wondering if this wire couuld have anything to do with the oil pressure guage and we pulled it out therefore it's not working correctly or if something got f'ed up in the process of changing his oil, putting the new oil filter on, and putting on his headers that would affect the oil pressure so much. Thanks.

I would check the wire, and fix it. Thats most likely what happened.
I woudl post at www.camaroz28.com they will give you better info then I can. But very unlikely for the oil change at that time along with unpluggin the wire to cause that kind of problem.
