i had my wires and spakr plugs change the other day and ever since the windows and blinkers run slower than normal, is this normal?? i havent notice any other changes, but can i do anythin to get it normal??

i am not sure about this, but do your spark plugs have resistor , with out that it can give some elec. prob.
btw check the wires too if they are -
Make sure your alternator and battery cables are connected tightly, they may have been messing around with them. Make sure the voltmeter on your dash is reading @ 14V or so.
