when i had my 99 mustang. it would cut off while driving on the interstate. sputter. i had no idea what was wrong with it. i kept putting water remover in the gas..thinking that was it. then one day i went to try something with my air filter and i unplugged it and noticed that the car idled real nice. so i left it unplugged for a long time and just drove it like that with no problem that then i put a used maf sensor on there and it worked fine.
